Populus is delighted to have won the Business Impact of the Year – UK Award at the Market Research Society (MRS) Awards 2019 for our work with BT. BT commissioned Populus to research the optimum way to position their new products to a SME audience. The answer, launched in 2018, was 4G Assure: the UK’s first business-grade broadband product which switches automatically to 4G to help small and medium sized businesses stay connected if they experience an interruption to their fixed broadband service.
