
David Racadio
Head of Syndicated Stakeholder Research
David is responsible for Populus’ syndicated stakeholder engagement research which helps clients to benchmark their corporate reputations and communicate with key stakeholders effectively. He also leads on bespoke engagement research for a number of clients in regulated industries including Thames Water and Electricity North West.
He is a research consultant with 20 years of experience advising global organisations on developing and maintaining resilient corporate reputations. David was a Director and owner of CSS, a specialist research consultancy to the professional services sector, which was acquired by TNS where he became responsible for its Professional Services Division. He also worked as a Research Director of Ipsos MORI’s Reputation Centre with responsibility for the Key Audience Research programme.
David studied at Georgetown University and lectured at the University of East Anglia where he completed his PhD on Charles Dickens.
