Public service reform under Plan A: Can the private and third sectors deliver more for less?

In a joint event by Populus and Insight Public Affairs, Nick Boles MP and Pat McFadden MP will debate the recent Open Public Services White Paper and ask if the Government has got the policy right. Discussion will cover the role of the private sector, charities and social enterprises in allocating resources more effectively. Populus will present new findings looking into views of the public, politicians and key stakeholders towards who delivers our public services.
