Business & Consumer Insight:
Tim Coughlan has been promoted to Senior Research Executive. he has made a great contribution to the team since joining last summer and has remained unflappable, passionate and enthusiastic while working on some very challenging projects.
Reputation & Strategy:
Amelia Evans, who is now a Consultant, has become a highly valued member of the Reputation & Strategy team. She has played an increasingly important role on several major accounts and her growing level of knowledge, along with her excellent eye for design, has made a significant difference to many new business proposals and presentations.
Owen Thomas has been promoted to Associate Director. Since he joined as an intern in 2010, Owen has always impressed with the way he has built strong relationships with clients and developed his expertise.

We are also delighted to announce two new starters this month:
Karsten Shaw has joined us from the prestigious GfK Marketing and Data Sciences team. As Director of Analytics in our Business & Consumer Insight division he will be responsible for devising innovative and exciting analytics solutions that help clients to better understand their audiences and markets. Karsten brings a wealth of experience in producing high impact insight using advanced statistical methods. We are certain that his added expertise will help us to maintain and improve the exceptional levels of servicing that Populus’s clients expect.
Our new HR Manager Pari Shah is an experienced HR professional with a diploma in Employment Law. She joins us from media agency Starcom Mediavest Group, which she saw expand from 300 to 600 members of staff. Her adaptable nature and ability to build strong relationships make her ideal for her role at Populus and we look forward to hearing about the exciting new initiatives she plans to introduce.
